Came here for an embroidery services for my parents and Devon did a great job walking me through different options for their order and helping me out during the holidays (which is a busy time of the year). Everyone at this location was really friendly and did a great job accommodating my order in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this to my friends in the area and will definitely come back for any future orders. Can’t beat the great customer service at a very reasonable price!

Which, with how busy they are, I'm impressed.
Rush service turn around time was awesome, amazing customer service, product was completed (could have used a slightly bigger size/more stitching around the inside of the logo, but the end result is great and I'm picky).

David and Sarah are wonderful, and their customer service is exceptional. I had a lab coat embroidered. David called me once it was done. When I picked up the lab coat, it was folded and wrapped in a clear plastic as if it was brand new. That is going beyond customer service. Thank you, David and Sarah. You guys rock!
