I was very impressed with the service from the time I arrived until the time I left. The reception was quick and friendly, the CT tech was very kind and more importantly the doctor who read my results called me later that evening to relay his concerns. He was very thorough and helped me through a difficult time. The compassion and empathy he demonstrated was above and beyond and I am very grateful that he made sure I understood the gravity of the situation. Top of the line service!!!

The most unprofessional experience in any medical office. Changed my appointment time without contacting me. Then delayed 10 minutes before bringing me in to speak to the nurse and prep me. After prep I was told the doctor was in a meeting…

Totally unprofessional. I left and will never return. There are plenty of other medical offices that can provide the same procedure without this mess.

This is absolutely the best place for diagnostic imaging. I used this facility for many years and the service has only gotten better each time. The front desk attendant Melissa is the most efficient, friendliest and works so hard to correct any miscommunication with all patients. She’s just a true pleasure to work with. She is a real asset to this company!

Fast service and very friendly and professional staff. I quickly had a high level of confidence in the doctor and techs. I appreciate the doctor explaining the procedure and answering my questions. The MRI radiologist was very professional and helpful getting me out in a timely manner.

Excellent calming staff, I was nervous but made me very comfortable. I was A patient here in 2021 and think the attention was equally professional both times. The one new thing was the surround glasses while in the MRI TUBE - made a big difference.
Suggestion if possible a small flat screen TV to distract patients

The assistant Rachel Brennan was wonderful. Both she and the doctor were calming and worked well together. The doctor did an amazing job and the injection was much easier than i would have thought.

After calling and calling many different companies with no help or knowledge on my specific study needed, I decided to call Rayus to see if I could be scheduled there. I spoke with an amazing staff member, Emily, who clearly explained the process and did amazing work to do what she could to move my scheduling along as I had a delay due to other companies not following through with promises. She went above and beyond and made me feeling like more than just a number. Happy and thankful to be scheduling with Rayus and will continue my care with Rayus going forward.
