Ok, but not very convincing. The personnel seemed disinterested, and came only out every ten minutes (so plan ahead if you want some more water or such). The food tasted good, but was a bit smallish for the price

Food was ok, but the guy(only male working the night shift tonight)that helped us was rude and not professional at all. We waited 20 minutes for our food to be ready, for just a wrap and a salad and then he brought us the wrong order and he did not seem happy when I told him that our order was wrong, he did not even apologize, when he brought the right order to the table after waiting for another 10 minutes, he just put the salad on the table and said here you go and walked away. He needs to get some customer service training. I will not be coming back based on this experience.

Walked in at 9:30pm after a workout and the cashier glared at us and truly set the tone of the business. My partner and I ended up walking out because imagine having a bad attitude over putting stuff in a blender.

My boyfriend and I come here almost every time after the gym and we get such great service from all the employees here. I love it here so much they always get my smoothies so fast and make my food so yummy. Will be coming back here still to this day every day of my life thank you so much tropical smoothie in oveido. I love you and so does my boyfriend

The staff is nice and it’s clean but The quality of the smoothies are not like other locations. I’ve been at this location 4 different times with different employees hoping the smoothies got better. Every location is supposed be the same quality & this location just doesn’t get it right. Maybe retraining on the smoothies would help. I only come to this location because it’s close by work but the smoothies haven’t gotten any better. Retraining would help this location immensely. Hopefully the manager will see this & retrain the employees. Other than that customer service is good just need to focus on smoothie quality.
