Very nice store. I felt like a little kid in candy land by seeing such great selection of outdoor gears. They got kayaks, cargo boxes, paddle boards, hiking gears, outdoor apparels and etc. I don’t think I have ever been to such store before where they had this many selection of great activity gears, clothes and more. The staff were super friendly as well.

I was just visiting Orlando for few days and been calling around to find roofers cross bars that would work with my Toyota 4Runner OEM rail system. When I called Travel Country Outfitters first just to ask if they even carry such items the staff member was very friendly and took his time to explain what types of cross bars they carry. He went above and beyond to check the inventory to make sure that they got all the right parts and pieces in stock before I make the drive to the store so I won’t be wasting my time.

Once he confirmed it I drove to the store and got pleasantly surprised with how nice the store was and how friendly were the representatives. They installed the cross bars on my SUV for additional $20 and it was professionally assembled and installed. Their prices were very competitive. The cross bars actually turned out to be even slightly cheaper here than on Amazon. Plus, I got to see them first before actually buying them. So it was a win win situation all around.

All in all I was very pleased with my visit and purchasing experience. I will be definitely coming back here again when I visit Orlando next time. I highly recommend this store for any outdoor enthusiasts.

I can’t say enough about the team at Travel Country Outfitters. I was in the market for a Hobie kayak as a first time owner. Brett and Brian welcomed me in, immediately answered my multitude of questions, let me demo the products I was in between, and maintained clear communication throughout the whole process. They are not only transparent, honest, patient, and accommodating, but they are also brand specialist who are passionate about the products!

Wow!! I can’t begin to express how great these people are! I was interested in a kayak, I called them and they helped me with every option. The next couple days Jade called me and checked to see if I was still interested she also told me to wait until later that week because the kayak I was interested in (Old Town 120 paddle) was gonna be 600 dollars off! The next couple days Brett called to make sure I was able to use affirm like I wanted and let me know he could even hold the kayak for a week after I paid so I could pick it up. I live over 3 hours away . I was amazed at how kind and helpful the workers are here! Absolutely recommend and hope to do business with them again!

I love this place. It connected me to kayaking. Brett and the entire staff have deep product knowledge and outstanding customer service. The repair department is very reasonable priced and can get your yak back in the water in no time. Obviously, it is based on part availability, especially with Hobie, lol.

The store also has clothing, cutting-edge outdoor accessories, kayaks, and sups ready to purchase for your water adventure.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brett and Brian were the main guys that helped me, but other staff members also contributed to making my first kayak purchase a very enjoyable experience. They threw in a few extras to help me get my kayak loaded and even demonstrated how to load and unload my kayak. They were running some pretty good sales, and even price matched an item for me. If you're in the market for outdoor gear, I highly recommend this place based on the sheer merit of the staff working here.

Got several things to Include a hooking shoe from Hoka. Called so many places and nobody had then in stock but here.

Employees were so professional and polite.

If your looking for ANYTHING outdoors. This is the place to go. Better then REI or a LLBEAN store.
