Out of most delivery services these guys are the ones I come to the most. They're really great with most things and usually on time. There's only been a few times that I can recall that they've ever been late late like more than an hour. Get credits for purchases and stuff, like this here review!

They send me promotional emails that look pretty good. However, when I click the bate it brings me to the website. After a few minutes of looking to see if I want anything, it just orders me over $200.00 worth of stuff I DIDN’T EVEN CLICK ON! Then, it brings up a signature pop up window that won’t go away so I can’t empty the cart and continue to look at what I may actually want! I can’t back up and I can’t go forward. I have to close out the window. When I open a fresh one, the pop up signature window is waiting for me. This is why I haven’t bought anything from here in years! Shade! Just Shady! I’m not going to sign for something I didn’t even order. I till this is resolved, I won’t be ordering anything here.

Zack Ein you owe a lot of people money. Me included. Man up and pay the employees who worked under you what they are owed. One of my last deliveries was to your house and saved the address immediately. Also the security guard at your gated community didn’t really need anything more than a name to get in. Nowhere for you to go at the end of that culdesac you tiny little pathetic man. I’ll be seeing you soon.

They Always have something good...you may have to wait for a scheduled delivery...but well worth it...Great deals and awesome rewards...if you like the flower....I recommend Bento brand Grape ? Soda ? ?

Got quoted a delivery window between 7pm-9pm. Driver contacts me at 6pm telling me he’s on his way. I’m still out grabbing cash for the delivery. He says he can postpone until 7pm. 7pm comes and goes. 8pm I ask him if he’s still coming. He tells me to contact support. I had to have them remove it from a hold? Driver told them he tried delivering and I was unavailable. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t reached out at 8pm?

Anyway, they snagged me with a really good sale, so definitely keep an eye on them for that. Good selection. Wish they had more ounce options, if any at all.

Amazing customer service. Has best customer rewards too, they give you credit back from each purchase. If you order is late for any reason, they give you extra store credit. They have a direct live chat service too if you have any questions which is a lot better than the cat-and-mouse of emailing back and forth like other companies. They also have benefits/rewards for your birthday.

Nice and pleasant drivers who are always respectful and professional. I’ve been using grassdoor for some years now and have always had a great experience and service. After taking a break for awhile I was contacted by a service rep spoke with me for a few to ask how they could improve and really considered my feedback. He was so kind yo provide me with store credit to try a few of their newer products. Love the service, can’t beat it!

I love ordering from them, all of the drivers I have interacted with are super nice! I think they could put some work on the website to make it less clunky/ shows the reviews we put in for products but other than that I would totally recommend for those who have a hard time going to the club but still want quality name brand products. I also enjoy the deals they have as well!
