I recently bought a car from Umesh and was totally satisfied with the service I received. In the first place the fact that Umesh had posted an eleven minute video of the car meant that I could travel the 80 miles from Llandudno confident that there wouldn't be any nasty surprises when I saw the car in person. This proved to be the case.
The actual purchase including part exchanging my old car went without any issues. I found Umesh to be an extremely friendly, helpful and efficient person to deal with and would recommend him without hesitation.

Having spent a longtime searching for the right car (make, model, milage and condition) I found the Mercedes' E350 which ticked every box on Umesh Samani’s website.
The video Umesh had filmed was so good it sold it to me immediately.
I am nervous and not the easiest of customers when it comes to buying a car however knowing Umesh’ s reputation as a straight and honest car dealer, something very rare these days I felt confident in buying from him.
Previously i have missed out on vehicles sold by Umesh but not this time. I reserved the car on line with a view to going to the showroom the following day.
I wasn't disappointed the car was exactly as described and after a test drive my mind was made up. The whole process was straight forward and trouble free.
A true gentleman who i would recommend to anyone, friends and family included.
A word of warning if you do see a car on his website and really want it press that reserve button.

Had my BMWX1 car serviced and MOT at Specialist Cars/ Harris motor company. Booking in process, help from all staff, quality of work carried out were all 5 star ratings. Communications and value for money (especially compared to BMW dealership) is very good. Finally many thanks to the courteous young man who collected and returned my car at the appropriate times.
