From the moment We walked into the showroom, we were greeted by Murat and his staff members who are friendly and knowledgeable, who truly understood our needs and style preferences. Be careful when purchasing from this store. The staff there is shady, unprofessional, and rude. Be wary when buying a dining table from this place. We purchased a table and after delivery, we noticed some nicks after we came back from vacation. We never used it as we were still looking for dining chairs. Our expert woodworker noticed that it isn’t “solid” wood as the salesman mentioned and he pointed out the multiple nicks and scratches throughout the table.

The table base was held together with only Phillips heads, small washers, and staples. The staples held the panels that formed the base and our woodworker mentioned that another couple had the same table except that one had glue instead of staples. I tried calling them and nobody picked up, when my wife called they were very rude and the person who I believe is the owner of Pera initially stated that there is a “lifetime” warranty and pretended to try and work with you. However, the second time my wife called, he stated that he never mentioned that and claimed we were the ones who damaged the table.

His attitude seems to give off that his product is superior to others and nothing can compare to it. We also heard from our neighbors that Peradesign wasn’t the first business he owned, there have been multiple businesses before Pera was even a thought.

We are dissatisfied with this company and be wary of those who claim their product is perfect.

We went in looking for a light fixture (and found the perfect one) and at the same time we fell in love with a sofa that we didn't even know we needed. Eris was very helpful in fabric selection and answered all of our questions. The custom piece took only five months. We hit a small snag during delivery which Eris solved for us immediately and to my total satisfaction. I can't say enough about our shopping experience at Pera. The style is perfect and we would definitely shop there again in the future.
