I placed the order knowing it would be 12-14 weeks for delivery. I was hoping to have the new sofa in time for a party but wasn’t sure it would arrive in time. Then I found out that there was a manufacturer delay pushing delivery out until mid August. On the morning of July 4 I got a phone call that not only was it in, but it could be delivered the next day! Customer service has been top notch with my whole experience! Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and accommodating. And- the sofa is exactly what I wanted!

I’ve never purchased brand new furniture before, but it was time to get a new couch. I went to three stores beforehand and didn’t find anything I liked. Walked in here with my parents and fell in love with a couch. Patrick helped me out and showed me all the nice features that came with it and even helped my mom pick out some furniture she plans to purchase after they move into their new house. I was able to schedule a delivery for a couple days out. Delivery went pretty smooth, they were running a bit late, it would’ve been nice for the delivery team to send a text to inform of the delay instead of me having to call but when they got to my house the team worked great and set up my couch quickly and efficiently.
