They were assigned by the mckinney-vento program to take my children to school so that I can get to work on time. I was told that they would get here between 7:05 and 7:15 so that I could be at work everyday at 7:30 on time, I was actually supposed to be at work everyday at 7:00 but my job accommodated for my situation and change my time to 7:30. For a little while they were showing up at 7:15 7:20 and I wasn't very late for the most part but the last few weeks of school they continued to show up at 7:30 I am on the DOT making me 15 minutes late for work daily. When I tried to call and complain about it nothing was done, I would call and plead with them please I have to be at work and all I got was "she on the way" even when knowing that my children need to be at school and enough time to have breakfast and I needed to be at work by 7:30 they weren't showing up on time and had very unprofessional responses for that. My kids told me that the driver drove like a bad out of hell, speeding. Which I believe because some days I would leave just a minute behind the person going in the same direction but I would not see them in sight at all even if I went 60 miles per hour I still didn't see the person which tells me they were going a lot faster. My children were also told that they weren't allowed to speak to one another while on the van. If you were letting a handicap loved one or elderly loved one ride this van from Lexington I would double check to make sure it's not an elderly blonde headed lady with glasses because that's who drives the van for my children.

They are awful and have awful customer service they picked me up at 10:39 and I didn’t get to my appointment till 10:46 am and had me riding for a whole hour I hate them don’t use them they are horrible and won’t bring you to your appointment on time they suck!

Absolutely disgraceful service. My grandmother just had major open heart and abdominal surgery and the hospital discharged her to a rehab facility. This company transported her and proceeded to take the long way around across railroad tracks, gravel roads, potholes, etc. to get her there. She was in an incredibly amount of pain upon arrival AND the paramedic stated ‘welcome to the prison’ as they got her out of the ambulance. They hadn’t bothered to mention that the place the hospital chose was an actual nightmare. They just wanted to get paid. When we called another ambulance service to take her back to the hospital, the new ambulance service knew EXACTLY what company (this one) took her the first time based on what we told them about our experience. They also told us that in no fashion do they EVER cross railroad tracks or take gravel roads in their routes to and from the hospital. Absolutely disgusting behavior and decisions were made by this company. Avoid them at all costs.

Not sure how the service is, I assume good. You're doing a good service. However, maybe you could work a little harder to stay back from obviously manual cars. If the stop light is red, it will be red until it is green. No need to pull all the way up on someone, especially if you see the car rolling back and forth on a hill.

For reference to the exact moment I'm talking about; I was in the red 3000GT at the speedway on main.

1. They dropped him off at the wrong house
2. Let him off the bus before checking if he was even at the right house
3. Hit the homeowners mailbox while pulling off before he even made it inside
My son went and rang the door bell before running around the back side of the house. As the driver starts to pull off hitting the mail box. Thankfully the homeowners knew he was my child and were home for this otherwise he would probably be lost in the woods behind the house. BUT TO TOP IT OFF WHEN MY WIFE CALLS TO TELL THE COMPANY WHAT THE DRIVER DID SHE WAS GIVEN EXCUSES. YOU DONT GET THE LUXURY OF EXCUSES WHEN YOU PUT MY CHILDS LIFE AT STAKE!!!!!!

The drivers are so awesome! They are so friendly with my son. I can tell it's not just a job to them. Every driver I have met has a warm heart.

The person who answered the phone was rude and callous and hung up before I could ask my question. Then took the phone off the hook so I couldn't call back. An epidemic of the area. Any little bit of authority (perceived or otherwise) turns public servants into people who think they, personally, are providing a service.
