All these chairs look barely used. The serial number in the bottom check-out so no authenticity issues. The owners were very patient with me since I came in looking for 2 chairs they helped me out and showed me the difference between each one and how they work. I decided to take 2 of the Steelcase Leap and I would've never guessed that these chairs are 10 years old. Brand new they cost 4X the price but look exactly the same.

Fantastic all around. Javier, the owner of SAM (an acronym for each of his kids, not his actual name), is a good guy with great inventory of chairs. I picked up what looks like a new chair for less than half the price of new. If you need a new office chair, see Javier!

A+. I just bought my second chair from Sam's Chairs. The first one I bought had already passed the warranty and the arm got a little wobbly from a lot of use. He fixed it for me free of charge. These chairs are great and they stand by them. Thank you for the great chairs and great service!
