I had a fantastic experience at Ace Hardware recently. I was looking for two very specific gaskets, and the assistant went above and beyond to help me out. Although they didn’t have the exact gaskets in stock, he took the time to search thoroughly and even came up with a creative, out-of-the-box solution to help me make one myself. His willingness to assist and problem-solve really impressed me. I wish I had gotten his name for this review, but whoever you are—thanks! Exceptional customer service like this is why I keep coming back to Ace Hardware!

This place is great. After Hurricane Milton, I needed Flex Seal. Both Home Depot and Lowes were out. My local Ace Hardware of Oviedo was stocked and the same price. I called and Rodney held two cans for me till I could get there.

This place is a mess, tried to return a product, they had 4 staff members standing around and told me to go through the check out line instead of helping me. I love to support local owned businesses, but not if they are rude and don’t care about customer service.

Entrance and exit to this store was an after thought. I would have thought moving to a bigger nicer store would mimic that of a bigger nicer ace hardware only to find out they don't carry what other ace hardware stores have so if they don't sell it there you can't return it there.

Very rude manager refused to sell me keys, went to the one down the road and they had no issue selling blanks. Also called corporate and said it was not against policy.
