We had an excellent experience buying a mattress at FLEX. We found everything we needed, and Antonio's service was outstanding - he was incredibly helpful, kind and provided great advice. Having searched for a new mattress we bought one from this local store in Vera. Excellent customer focused service by Antonio was very attentive, courteous and knowledgeable about the surprisingly larger range of products on sale (the shop floor is bigger than it looks from the outside!). Delivery was both prompt and equally courteous, the delivery crew taking every step carefully to ensure our mattress was delivered safely. The best service!

Eugenia, who runs the shop has great customer service and sales skills, nothing too much trouble. She is keen to share her knowledge of all Flex mattresses and beds. I am very pleased with mattress and bed deal I chose, great value quality package of bed and mattress. This shop does great promotions. Men who delivered and set the bed up also had good customer service skills. Definately would recommend this business for a good experience and a great sleep

Superb knowledge, great advice on buying the correct bed. The delivery and assembly was superb. Absolutely love the bed, so comfy, no longer waking up in pain. Can highly recommend. Buy a good pillow too from them 👌

The brilliant, professional advice of Eugenia and the friendliness and helpfulness of the whole team make it very easy to give Flex Concept in Vera five brilliant stars! Especially when it turned out we didn’t have enough space on our stairs to deliver our huge 180 x 200 cm mattress. So they took it back to the factory to have it compressed with a hydraulic press and deliver it again the next week, all rolled up. And all without extra costs. Which is certainly not self-evident, because we’ve really got a very good deal on our top quality mattress(es). Eugenia and team, we’re very glad our friends told us about you!
