Excelente servicio, son muy amables y siempre a tiempo. Lo k mas me gusta es k todas sus mesas sillas y carpas muy limpias y presentables, en excelente condiciones. Los precios están justos a todos los presupuestos. Son un equipo súper profesional. 100% recomendados.

if this is the same as there Facebook. I made the mistake of not reading the comments or at least giving this vendor the benefit of the doubt. They are not communicative. On multiple occasions I was always the one reaching out and confirming. They operate in an untimely manner as well. The individuals came one day before with the wrong items so they were scrambling day of event trying to get things done. In 3 occasions we set times for them to come Friday they agreed at 8:30am they showed up at 10:15am. Saturday they agreed to 6am they showed up at 7:40am. I was unable to be present at this time but they set up incorrectly to what I communicated with them a day before when they saw the space, this led for me to re plan all my other vendors position. Sunday for break down agreed at 2pm and I already anticipated for them to be late yet again and was true they arrived at 5:30pm. I’m a very passive person. This whole weekend was filled with where did you find these people, how can they operate like this etc. I paid in full. I was respectful. But never again. Maybe they do more than they can handle as a small business which obviously faults in their mistakes and lack of accountability. Overall experience with them was much more added stress than one needs when organizing events. If you can find another vendor please do so they are not worth contracting. If I could rate no stars, I would also do that.

Booked a portable restroom with this company a little under 2 weeks in advance. Gave them my address and zip code and secured the rental with quote and total cost. The week of the event, I contacted and made sure all was still on and set, again, giving event address and zip code, to which, again, they confirmed date and price quote. Two days before the event, they conatcted me stating that after verifying, the address was outside of their delivery area and they would need to charge an additional delivery fee. This was after we, several times, verified address and service quote. After expressing my disappointment, I asked how much, and never heard back. Gratefully, another vendor came through with great service and literally saved my event. I love helping a small business, but unreliable service in the party business is a major issue.
