Perfect service given by Jack Beds people ! Great care for the client, in explaining the particularities of each mattress, and what would be best for you. Especially, mattress and transportation to the house available the NEXT day, one week before christmas, while all the other shops were looking for 2 weeks at least of waiting before receiving the mattress. Thanks to Loredana's service and to the CEO Alejandro that finalized the sell with me ! recommand them 100% !

Really high quality and cost performance mattresses. Latex one is way better than competition at much lower prices than major brands. Seems to be a vertical operation from manufacture to retail so hence better value. Really great friendly service too. No fuss and prompt delivery. And they take old mattress away in the price. Great.

We went to Jack Beds without knowing anything about the beds. Received the information we needed, not more not less. And found the right bed for us quickly. No extreme marketing bullsh*t which will confuse you and make you think that it was supposed to be good because you don’t understand it. I know what we are sleeping on and it’s very comfortable. It took a couple of days for me to get used to it but my partner got used to it the first day. And I know who to contact to if I feel like there is an issue in the future. Definitely recommended.
