Weird atmosphere in this store. I walked in and said a friendly hello to the store assistants. Two of them ignored me and one of them laughed whilst looking at me. I browsed for a few minutes then left. No one spoke to me but rather they continued their own conversation. Very off-putting. I like the brand values and clothes but won’t be giving my money to them until they train their staff better.

I am a big fan of Me+Em back home in California but can only get their clothes by shopping online. I was excited about the opportunity to check out a retail location while in London and stopped by the Mayfair store anticipating walking out with bulging bags and a big bill. Instead I was met by a limited selection and a sales associate who gave me a visual once-over and clearly found me wanting. When I asked if other locations had a larger selection she told me that summer season sales could be found online and that only the newest of the Fall season could be found in-store, indicating she believed I couldn't possibly be able to pay full price. Little does she know. Seriously questioning my appreciation for the brand right now.

Visited ME+EM on a chilly day and found the experience delightful. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service—they even offered to steam the clothes I purchased. Although sale products are only available online, the in-store experience was fantastic.

Was shopping at ME+EM battersea branch, they didnt have a size that I was looking for so they checked with brook street’s branch , it was available, they reserved it for me and so I picked it from there. Wonderful service, wonderful line of clothing, have been a loyal customer and will keep coming back.

Brook Street is my favourite Me and Em store,I find all the staff are really friendly and helpful however I need to give a special mention to Sophie. Sophie
always goes out of her way to assist me, she comes up with great ideas, advises me on what looks good, superb styling advice and makes the whole experience totally amazing, a big thank you Sophie No longer do I have regretted purchases! ?

Worst experience ever. No service at all. I do understand it is a busy sat with such a good weather. However, I ve been waiting and waiting to try to talk to a staff, asking for a proper size of the dress, not even waiting for the fitting room. When I finally get to ask one of the staff is there a queue here, and the answer is yes, without any instructions then turned away. I expect to be treated better than this.

I like the brand but I find the staff in this branch so incredibly snooty it puts me off going back in there. Both times I’ve been in I’ve overheard them bad mouthing customers. Not a good look!
