All good when they are trying to sell you, obviously with all the attention and smile. But as soon as you have a problem that they haven’t meet , that boy who is seller in the shop start saying it says in the invoice no change no return. As if you will be their last ever client because they don’t care whatsoever to clients satisfaction . I have asked for a higher legs and they just didn’t simply provided a higher one that boy seller says it’s not possible. not helpful at all , offering no solution or suggestion. I found exactly similar bed cheaper in San Pedro but it wasn’t important for me the price difference but the manner YES. Big dislike since this business isn’t professional with this customer service. Such a shame

An excellent experience from start to finish!! The attention in the store was impeccable, the staff is very attentive and always ready to answer any questions. They helped me choose the perfect bed for my needs and explained me all about the different types of mattresses. The quality of the product is amazing, and the best part is that they met the delivery time as promised. In addition, the delivery and installation service was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a comfortable bed and first class service. I will definitely come back in the future!!

Good service and advice during the purchase process. Everything seems fine until you have a problem months later.

I bought a bed with a base and a mattress. A few months later, I had an issue where a bump appeared on the mattress due to the base supporting it. When I spoke with the store, they sent a technician to check the mattress, and after confirming that the mattress was fine and the issue was with the base, the store refused to take responsibility. After persistently calling several times, the owner finally answered, barely letting me speak, yelling that everything was perfect, and then immediately hung up the phone.

Unpleasant and unfortunate treatment that makes me not want to return.
